Accessibility Statement

Effective June 13, 2026

Ultra Luxury Ventures is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website, brands, and events.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. We also work in good faith toward compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the EU Web Accessibility Directive where applicable.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and a single primary landmark per page.
  • Alternative text on meaningful imagery; empty alt on decorative imagery.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, focus-visible states, and accessible form labels.
  • Color combinations selected to meet WCAG AA contrast minimums.
  • Responsive layouts that respect user zoom, font scaling, and reduced motion preferences.
  • Accessible component primitives (Radix / shadcn) for menus, dialogs, and inputs.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve issues, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
